Changes to your Canadian domain name Administrative Contact information
Changes to your Administrative Contact domain name registration can be made by logging onto DOMAINSunder Canadian Domain Registration Control Panel with your DOMAINSunder domain registration username and password information. Once you have logged in, select "Modify administrative contact information" to make your updates.

If you have lost your DOMAINSunder domain name registration login information, please email our Support Team at support*at*domainsunder*dot*ca or call us toll free at 1-877-968-7626 to request for a new DOMAINSunder login.
Confirming your Canadian domain name registration changes
Please keep in mind that any changes to your Canadian domain name registration need to be confirmed by the registered Administrative Contact. All confirmation emails from CIRA are sent to the Administrative Contact's email. Changes to your domain name registration must be confirmed in order for them to take effect.
It is important to keep your CIRA login safe and to keep your Administrative Contact information current, otherwise multiple procedures will be required to update your Canadian domain registration.
Lost your Canadian domain registration (CIRA) login?
In the event that you have lost your CIRA login information and the Administrative contact email is inaccessible/inactive, the CIRA Manual Change of Administrative Contact will be required.
Merging Canadian Domain Name Registrants
To consolidate Canadian domain names that have different CIRA Registrant numbers under one Registrant, a Canadian domain name Registrant Merger will need to be completed.
The Canadian domain Registrant Merge procedure will merge two Canadian domain name Registrant accounts into one. All domain names and Technical contacts of the merge Registrant will be transferred to the Registrant that is being merged to. However, the Administrative contact for the merge Registrant will be deleted.
